Living in a village in Chianti region, a bit of history
La Chiara di Prumiano is located in an inhabited village with a deep historical heritage. The first building was a small church dating back to the 1400s, followed by the central part of the Villa and the surrounding farmhouses, once home to sharecroppers and their families. Later, two lateral wings were added to the Villa, creating a fully functional farm with vineyards, a winery, an olive press, and various livestock.
Over the years, the village became almost abandoned, but today, La Chiara di Prumiano is once again a lively and welcoming place. The houses have been restored and reinhabited, offering visitors a unique experience in a revived historic village.
