Thanks to a careful transformation, without altering the original structure and relying on local craftsmanship, we have created the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful vacation in complete autonomy and privacy.
Our guests can choose the accommodation option that best suits their needs: stay in a B&B or, for a fully independent experience, rent a private apartment.
In addition to enjoying the entire outdoor area of the Villa, you will have your own private space, perfect for relaxing in peace. You will find tables and chairs for pleasant evenings outdoors, immersed in the beauty of nature.
All apartments are equipped with a portable air conditioner to ensure maximum comfort. The cost of the stay ranges from €85 to €130 per day, depending on the selected option.
Apartment - IL SOLE - 70sqm
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Villa, in the left wing.From the entrance, through a large corridor, you enter the well-equipped kitchen (4 induction burners, dishwasher, small oven and refrigerator) furnished with a sofa bed and another bed and a bathroom.
From this room you reach room number 3, with a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom.
From the kitchen window you can enjoy the view of the valley. Ideal for large families or group of friends. From 4 to 6 seats

Apartment – LE STELLE - 50sqm
The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa. It can be reached from the main staircase and is located on the right of the central balcony. The view extends to San Gimignano!It consists of a large entrance which leads to the well-equipped kitchen like the one in apartment 4, furnished with a double sofa bed. Of its relevance there is a bathroom.
There is also a bedroom with double bed, single bed and bathroom. Ideal for 4/5 people.
Apartment – GLI INNAMORATI - 30sqm
This apartment is a very spacious studio apartment.It is located on the second floor and can be reached from the main staircase.
There is a well equipped kitchen, like the others, a double bed and a single bed. It has its own particular charm. The window overlooks the village, with its cypresses and the surrounding valley.
It is ideal for a couple, even with a child.
Apartment – L’IMPERATRICE - 70sqm
The apartment is also located on the second floor.The entrance door leads to the corridor overlooked by the bedroom, with a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom.
Continuing in the corridor, on the left we find the well-equipped kitchen, like the others, a double bed and a comfortable pouf, in addition to the bathroom.
The view sweeps in various directions and includes the village and the surrounding valley.

All apartments will enjoy our gardens.
The "Giardino delle rose" is an intimate place, equipped with tables, chairs, a barbecue and a wood-burning pizza oven. Under the shade of the laurels, wonderful and luxuriant trees, you can find tables for two or four. Under the pergola, however, you will find long tables, suitable for several people. It has a wonderful view of the surrounding woods.
The large garden, on the other hand, is ideal for walking or simply resting while admiring the sunset.
