If you arrive by car:

Highway A1 (Bologna-Rome), exit Firenze Impruneta;
continue to Siena on the Firenze-Siena highway, exit at San Donato in Poggio;
follow signs for San Donato in Poggio- Castellina in Chianti;
pass the town of San Donato (about 1 km), without entering the town;
after the Pietracupa inn (on the left), drive straight for a short distance and turn right following the signs for Cortine;
continue past the Canonica di Cortine, keeping the road until you reach the car park of La Chiara di Prumiano.

If you arrive by train:

from Florence you can take a bus from the Sita bus station (right in front of the Santa Maria Novella train station) to Barberino Val D’Elsa, and get off at the Pineta bar stop. By telephone arrangement, we organize for you the transport by car up to La Chiara di Prumiano (the cost is 10 €).

If you arrive by plane in Florence or Pisa:

we can organize for you a transport service with taxis affiliated with our structure. Ask us for information at the time of booking. San Donato in Poggio, the nearest town, can also be reached on foot if you feel like taking a nice walk (about 5 km away), as well as Barberino. In both towns you will find all the main public services, bank, pharmacy and supermarket.
